• No Refunds or Exchanges for Change of Mind: As a print-on-demand (POD) business, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason other than product defects or errors in production. Please choose carefully before making your purchase.
• Defective or Damaged Products: If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will gladly offer a refund or replacement for defective products. To be eligible, you must provide proof of the defect (e.g., photos of the damage).
